After a thorough review by our specialist, We provide a comfortable area where your Detox is managed and continuously monitored by our 24hr team.
The reason for detoxification is to control the symptoms of withdrawal associated with stopping drugs or alcohol use. Withdrawal symptoms vary from person to person and depend on the substance from which you will be withdrawing. These symptoms will be treated with medication as determined by our Medical Doctor.
The Detox unit provides:
- Accommodation consists of a private detox room.
- 24-hour specialist nursing care.
- Ongoing assessment of withdrawal symptoms.
- Administration of detox medication.
- 24-hour emergency medical backup (ER24)
The Qualified Medical Professional Will Provide:
- Complete medical supervision for the Detox period
- Prescribed care for symptoms of withdrawal
- Daily re-assessment and 24-hour on call
Aditional Costs
- Detoxification medication and pathology tests (blood tests) if required
